Positive Lights, Inc. is a Missouri not-for profit
corporation formed in 2002. We have been approved by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) public
charity, to which contributions are tax deductible.
Contributions to Positive Lights, Inc.
are deductible in the same manner as contributions to churches, universities,

The Chairman of the Board of Positive Lights is Carol
McAdoo, a consultant in personal and professional mediation and motivation.
The President and Founder of Positive Lights, Inc. is M.
Gregg Gimlin. Gregg is a CPA, working in industry as a financial
consultant for various companies. He is also a member of the Board of
Directors of Positive Lights.
The Secretary of Positive Lights, Inc. is Terri
Gimlin. Terri is the wife of Gregg Gimlin, is a member of the Board of
Directors of Positive Lights, Inc. and is employed as a financial executive.
The Treasurer of Positive Lights, Inc. is
Vernon K. Jacobs. Vernon is also a CPA and works as a self employed tax
consultant with an emphasis on international tax law. He is the Administrator of the Positive Lights web
site and is a member of the Board of Directors.
